Returns Policy


At THE BOOK SHUTTLE you can buy with confidence!

We will accept returns for items that are damaged in the post, or if the condition is not as described in our description on our website. We take care in packaging our books, and give an accurate description on the condition of the Second Hand book. But if you incurr any problems we will refund you for your purchase through our payment system or send a replacement book of a similar value, of your choice if you prefer.

Please contact us within 30 days after receiving the item to organise for the item to be returned through our returns system, we will pay for the return of the book if we require its return. We will send to Australian Customers an Australia Post mail bag to return the book to us. For international buyers we will include the return postage fee to you through a refund for your goods.

Books lost in the post - Please notify us if you have not received your book within the normal specified delivery times.  We will track any trackable items for you.  If the book is not able to be found in the post, we will offer the customer a refund or if they prefer a replacement book of a similar value.
